Notes:
1. All prices are based on one "cabin week."
2. Our "cabin weeks" run from Saturday to Saturday.
3. The prices do not include Minnesota sales tax.
4. No pets allowed (sorry - we love pets but our insurance company doesn't).
5. Check-out time is 9:00AM.
6. Check-in time is 3:00PM.
7. We don't accept credit cards (sorry - but it helps keep the prices low).
Deposit:
1. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation.
2. Deposits can be made by check, cash, or money order.
3, We can only hold your reservation for 7 days without a deposit.
The Modern Cabins Include:
1. Full bathroom (sink, toilet, shower).
2. Complete kitchen.
3. Dining, living, and bed rooms.
4. Gas stoves and furnaces.
5. Deck and deck chairs.
7. Barbecue grill and picnic table.
8. Campfire pit.
What's Included with the Cabins:
1. Bedding and bed linens.
2. Pillows and pillow cases.
3. Silverware, dishware and cookware.
4. Coffee maker.
5. Toaster.
6. Microwave.
What's Not Included:
1. Bath towels.
2. Kitchen towels.
3. Food.
4. Telephone and TVs (thank goodness!)
Short Stays:
1. Short stays are welcome in the months of May (excluding the Memorial Day weekend), August, September (excluding the Labor Day weekend), and October.
2. Divide the weekly rate by seven to get the daily rate.
3. We do have a "cleaning" surcharge of $30 for all short stays. This is a one-time surcharge regardless of how many days you stay. Sorry - without the surcharge we wouldn't be able to make any money on short stays.
